Refunds

At JoyToy UK Store, we’re committed to delivering high-quality figures—accurately and on time. You are fully protected by our Return & Exchange Policy, which applies for 30 days from the purchase date if you are dissatisfied due to any of the following:

– The product is damaged or defective.
– The item received is different from what was shown on the product page.
– The product has missing parts or serious quality issues.

If any of these apply, please contact us right away—we’ll resolve the issue promptly with a replacement or full refund.

Replacement and exchanges

At JoyToy UK Store, your satisfaction as a collector is our priority.

We generally do not accept returns for incorrect choices (e.g. model, faction, size, or colour). Please double-check your order before checkout.

However, if you need a replacement, we’re happy to help. You’ll just need to cover shipping costs and a small handling fee (depends on item size/type).

If your item arrives with a wrong figure, incorrect version, or if there’s a clear mismatch with the product listing, we will offer a free replacement or full refund, no questions asked.

However, if you are in any way unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us and we’ll find a solution for your case because as we said, your satisfaction is our top priority and our guarantee.

P/S: Please allow the 20% difference between advertised images and the actual item you received as sometimes advertised images may slightly different from actual item in terms of color due to the lighting during photo shooting or the monitor’s display.

Most of the time we just re-ship the item at our cost if there’s been any unsatisfactory issue, which is very rare, but you should know anyway, so please don’t worry at all. We are here for you at all times.

Cancellations and modifications

You can cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of your original order.

Why? Because we ship once every day and if your order is already shipped we won’t be able to do anything about it until it arrives at your door in which case you’d send it back and only then would we be able to process the refund.

Please be advised that cancellation or order modification requests to replace a prior, existing or present order using promo codes are excluded from the cancellation policy. Please see Coupon | Promo | Discount codes section below for more information.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us again.

Coupon | Promo | Discount codes

– Discount, promo or coupon codes are not applicable to prior, existing or pending orders.
– Discounts cannot be converted to cash value.
– Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction to any other promos.

– Errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) and missed parcel deliveries are excluded from the refunds policy, but be assured we’ll find a solution together to make it right for you in case it happens, cause we live hectic lives and nobody is perfect, right?
